Purposes and legal bases
We process your work email, company name, business type and the workflow description you voluntarily provide in order to respond to your enquiry, validate market demand and manage Early Access communication. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling B2B enquiries and developing the service (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)); where communication leads to steps requested before a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) may also apply.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept only for as long as necessary to handle the contact and market-validation process, and then deleted or anonymised unless a longer period is required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims or by law.
Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Recipients and transfers
Website hosting and technical service providers may process data only to the extent necessary to provide the service. We do not sell enquiry data. Analytics is loaded only after consent.
